Scheduling and Cancellation Policies

Scheduling and Payment Policy

Full payment is required within 48 hours of scheduling in order to secure your session. Please read cancellation policies below:

Health and Safety Measures

If you experience any contagious health related symptoms between now and your session time, please contact me to discuss rescheduling if needed. This is especially important for indoor sessions. If you have a specific health concern and would like me to wear a mask during your session just let me know and I will be happy to wear one.

Portrait and Other Session Cancellation Policies

If you cancel at least 7 days prior to the scheduled session, and do not wish to reschedule, you can request a full refund (minus any credit card processing fees). If you cancel or need to reschedule less than 7 days prior to the session date, a $30 fee will be charged.

In the case of bad weather (rain, high winds, or lightning). I will reschedule your session to the next earliest date possible. If I need to cancel for any reason, you can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Wedding Booking Policies

A deposit is required to reserve the wedding date stated above. An electronic invoice will be sent to your email.  You can pay the deposit through the online invoice with a check, cash, credit card, or Venmo. The remaining fees will be due 30 days prior to the stated wedding date. A $50 late fee will be applied for payment received after the 30 day deadline. Additional hours of coverage (beyond 8 hours of the wedding day) are priced at $150 per hour and can be paid for before or after the event.

Wedding Rescheduling Policies

If the client needs to reschedule the wedding event date, due to inclement or extreme weather, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, or other unforeseen circumstances, the funds may be applied towards a future date, if the photographer is available, during the six (6) months following the originally scheduled event date. However, the photographer cannot guarantee her availability for a rescheduled date. If the event is rescheduled more than six (6) months after the originally scheduled date and the photographer's prices have changed, any differences will be the responsibility of the client.

Wedding Cancellation Policies

If the event is cancelled or the client wishes to cancel services up to 48 hours before the wedding ceremony time, the $200 deposit will be retained but any other payments made will be refunded to the client. If the client cancels services less than 48 hours from the wedding ceremony time, then 50% of the total fees due are expected to be paid and will be retained by the photographer. If the photographer has to cancel, all payments will be refunded to the client.
